Fractured Innocence by Julia Crane

Kaitlyn and Erik are sent on a mission to track down Vance Dasvoik, a ruthless monster. His latest thrill—abducting and selling young women.

Vance's current victim: Aaliyah, a seventeen-year-old who never imagined walking her brother home from school one evening would change her life forever.

The mission quickly turns personal for Kaitlyn when she finds Aaliyah beaten, her mind and soul fractured from abuse of the worst kind. Kaitlyn knows firsthand what it's like to be haunted by the past and resolves to bring justice to the elusive Dasvoik.

My Review:

In this book, Kaitlyn and Erik are sent out to track down Vance Dasvoik who is abducting and selling young woman.  His current victim is Aaliyah, who was kidnapped while walking her brother home from school.  Kaitlyn will stop at nothing to ensure that the girl is brought home and Vance is captured.

This is just another great story by Julia Crane.  I feel in love with Kaitlyn and her story in Freak of Nature so when this one came out I knew I had to read it to see what Kaitlyn was up to now.  The story is well written as well as the characters…you feel as though you are there.  I look forward to reading more about Kaitlyn and Erik!
