Author Bio

Wow, this is always the hardest part for me to write…don’t know why. You would think talking about my life should be easier.

I was born and raised in Austria. Half my life I spent in Vienna, but I didn’t like the city. I much prefer the beautiful countryside, with its many meadows and the breathtaking Alps. That’s why I moved to Upper Austria right after graduation. There are trees now in front of my window instead of just another ugly gray building, and I love to be woken by the cacophony of birds every morning.

At seventeen, I met the love of my life, but it took another four years until we finally got together. It was the best decision I could have made. I’m now married to this man, and I count myself lucky for someone like him. Even I will admit it can be hard at times to live with me. I’m moody and tend to lapse into my fantasy world at any given minute—well in my defense, I’m a writer. :-)

We have a ten-year-old son, and together we travel a lot…although I sometimes wish the trips were shorter because I can’t wait to get back to my laptop and WIP. Yeah, that’s just me. I built my world around my passion, and I like it that way.

So, you see, I’m leading a pretty normal life.

Of course it will all change the day my book follows the act of Harry Potter, and I’ll become richer than the Queen. I swear I’ll never again clean my windows myself then. Yeah, one day, LOL…

"Play with me"
Liza Mathews is in love with her best friend and has been since kindergarten.  When Tony comes home from soccer camp, Liza finds him paying more attention to another girl.  Hoping to gain his attention, Liza joins the soccer team although she can’t play at all.  Then comes in Ryan Hunter, Tony’s best friend and soccer team captain, he makes sure that Liza gets on the team even though there are others far better than her and offers to help train her.

Liza trains with Ryan in the mornings and ends up spending time with him at parties, she is finding out that the is not as terrible as she thought but she doesn’t want to acknowledge the growing attraction for him as there is no one that can have her but Tony or is there??

I ended up reading this book in one day.  Although I hated reading about Liza’s love for Tony which seemed like constantly, I was pulled into the story to see if they did end up together finally or If she would come to terms with her attraction for Ryan, whom although has been known as a wild boy, seemed to be falling for Liza.  After reading this I couldn’t wait to read “Ryan Hunter” :)

"Ryan Hunter"

Ryan Hunter is a wild boy, always with a different girl it seems but perhaps there is a bigger reason to this.  You see Ryan has been in love with Liza Matthews since the first day that he meet her, big problem though is that she is in love with his friend Tony.

While at soccer camp, Tony meets another girl but doesn’t know how to break it to Liza so instead he asks Ryan to distact her.  Ryan coxes her to join the soccer team and then offers to be her personal trainer.  From there Ryan does whatever he can to make Liza see him for what he truly is and to help her understand that there are more to life than being in Tony’s shadows.

After reading “Play with Me” I couldn’t wait to read this one.  I absolutely loved how this was from Ryan’s perspective and you got to know him and what he thinks a whole lot better.  It was great to see that he would do anything to be with Liza and to comfort her although she was in love with someone else.  I absolutely loved seeing the budding relationship between the two and how Liza fought her attraction for Ryan.  This is a great story and the author did a great job at showing both perspectives to the story which gave the reader a chance to learn about both of the characters and their feelings/thoughts.
