Tanya's Review:

The Flower of Isbelline is the second book in the Queen of the Realm of Faerie series and continues where Nandana's Mark ends off where Melia is trying to save her sister Plantine from Umbra.   Along the journey Melia tries very hard to make good decisions that will help in saving her sister from "taking in" Umbra to rule the kingdom but for some reason no matter what the girl does, things just don't go right and she learns that she is the one that is fated to possess Umbra.

I enjoyed reading the story and actually had to read the first book (which I already had) prior to starting this one and I am so glad that I had finally sat down to read it along with the 2nd one.  The story moved along great although I found myself getting frustrated with Melia and wished she would just learn to accept help from others when offered.  In the end I will definitely read the next in the series to see what Melia and everyone has to face and can't wait for it to come out!
